The action was held in the period from 2012 to 2017. The president of the action was Dr Andr\u00e9s Bravo-Oviedo, while the role of the deputy president was done by prof. Hans Pretzsch. The main objective of this project is to mobilize and integrate existing scientific knowledge on forest management and decision-making on European forestry, and also to make decisions and adjustments to climate change and mitigation. The project also involved scientists from the Croatian Forest Research Institute (Sanja Peri\u0107, PhD and Martina Tijardovi\u0107, PhD). Their participation contributed to linking and installing new scientific knowledge, exchange of knowledge on mixed forests to improve the sustainable management that is facing the growing challenges in the recent times.
